I’ve been traveling & today was first day back in the gym in 2 weeks. It felt so good to be back, but the iron didn’t care. It punished me for be away for so long.

The only thing you have complete control over is your mind & your body. No matter what is going on around you, it is YOU who controls your thoughts & actions!
